So I have the phone memory full unable to turn on flash nokia logo problem with my 3650. I know I need to get it reflashed, and it isnt under warranty anymore. There are two service centers in my area listed on nokias website, but ive been to both of them and one doesnt do service at all and the other refuses to reflash the phone because they claim "it wont repair the problem". So I either need to send it to a third party company that will reflash it or to Nokia. What im asking is if anyone knows what third party place I can send it to and how much it would cost? and.... If I do send it to nokia how much it may cost to get it reflashed?
By the way, im in the US.

113 dollars to fix my phone. Thats how much nokia wants. Anyone know anywhere else i could get my phone reflashed for less?
here in d philippines reflashing only cost 100Pesos sometimes 500 hehe!

I'm in a similar situation and exploring my options.. Got a memory full error, phone locked, cycled power and now it just sits at the Nokia logo. After reading about it here I called Nokia and they were not helpfull. They want "$100 minimum" for out of warranty service. I sent an email off to a service center I found on the web (www.3wattgurus.com) and hopefully it'll be a relatively inexpensive fix.
Well, after speaking to the guys at the above mentioned service center they told me they don't have the flash adaptor for the 3650... I went to the Nokia service center page and started putting in other zipcodes of larger cities in my state and I found a place in Houston - I called them and they said they were well aware of the WSOD problem, had the flash adaptor and would re-flash it with a 1 day turnaround for $25... I spoke with Caiton in the service dept and he seemed pretty knowledgeable.. If you can't find anyone local and don't want to give Nokia $100 give 'em a shot...
