Hello there!
This is a question about Smart Movie. Yes, I know, there has been a lot of talk about Smart Movie in this Forum, and I've looked through all of it, and by now know that there is either a great picture but lower framerate with Smart Movie or not-so-great picture but 24 fps with mobiclip (Damn! How much longer will we have to wait for a program with great picture AND 24 fps?)
My question, however, is not about the picture, it is about the sound. For some reason, the sound in my Smart Movie files is really, really bad. I don't expect my Nokia 3650 to sound like an iPod, but I'm pretty sure it ought to sound better than it does. There is a permanent background of hissing and clicking noises that sometimes makes it really hard to understand anything that's being said in the film. The sound quality does not improve with a higher bitrate. I've converted .avi files with mobiclip, and the sound is just fine.
Any ideas? Am I the only one who has this problem with Smart Movie?
If this has been discussed elsewhere and I missed it, I apologize and re-name this thread "Let's all laugh at the ignorant moron".
