Can anyone help ... I'm desperate
I bought a N9300 replacing my Palm T3 + Sony Ericson T610
When trying to sync the N9300 with Outlook 2003 (XP pro SP2), only the inbox and outbox are sync'ed. Contacts etc ... are OK.
All the mails I keep in personnal folders in outlook won't sync.
Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong ?
Or whorse is it impossible to sync my personnal folders ?
Thanks in advance
outlook mail sync pbm
I share the same wish: To find a solution for proper synchronization between the 9500 and Outlook. At least I would like to find a way to have files from the 9500 SENT folder transferred to the Outlook SENT folder.
I have tried to moves those files to the OUT folder but even that did not work. Does anyone know of any third party software?
Apart from this I find the 9500 fantastic, especially when complemented with Jabra BT800 head set that includes a vibrating alert! :icon14:
The e-mail syncing has two severe problems :
1. syncing email with long to: or cc: fields causes nokia 9x00
(fw versions 4.44 - 4.51) MsvServer to stop with error
message MsvServer KERN-EXEC 3. 😮 MsvServer will restart
itself but all emails synchronized during restarting will fail.
2. This is mostly a huge design issue : you can synchronize *only*
INBOX folder - outbox folder is for messages written
in communicator waiting to be synchronized & sent by
messaging application in PC. So basicly no folder nor
notes synchronization. 😡 😡

Thanks a lot for that info ... Which I never came across when reading tests of the N9300. Clearly, knowing that, I would have gone to another product. It is incredible that a 'top of the range' smartphone from the leading company just can't sync properly with the most standard SW ! The simplest Palm does it better and costs 6 times less.
Anyway, does anyone knows of a 3rd party pgm that would do the job ?
Thanks to all
