buttons doesn't lighted up

Hi Guys!
i use my 7710 just few days.
I have a question. navigation and menu buttons doesn't lighted up is that normal?
and sorry my english isn't very well 😊

That's correct. The only buttons which light up are the green and red send/end buttons along the top ridge of the 7710.
