Hi! I recentrly brought my 6630 to Japan and roamed on the NTT Docomo network. But when I got back to my country the Docomo operator logo was still there. The phone works fine & I'm able to send and receive messages and calls. Just want to find out how to reset to my orig operator logo. I tried doing a manual network seach but the Docomo logo is still there.

Use FExplorer (http://www.gosymbian.com/) to see what files are in c:\system\apps\phone\oplogo and delete anything that's there (nothing else) & restart the phone.
Sorry to hijack this thread...but has anyone managed to set an Operator Logo using FExplorer? I have tried using the option and it says the phone will reboot after slecting an image to use. However, the logo can't be seen after the reboot.
I'm using a generic Nokia 6630...the firmware is old though -

I have the same problem , i�ve tried with fileexplorer and with oplogo and never can�t change my horrible vodafone logo . PLEASE HELP!!! Best regards .
I tried using Fexplore but there are no files in that directory. Do I need to use the lastest Fexplore version? I'm using 1.08.

I'm using FExplorer V1.11
It creates an image in the C:\System\Apps\Phone\OpLogo folder as expected, but the logo can never be seen after the reboot!
Has anyone managed to get this working on their Nokia 6630?
If so, what firmware version do you have and which country/network are you using?

i am having the same problem too, the logo appears when the phone restarts and that's it, the vodafone logo reapears!!!!!!!!!!
Last night, I can set the operator logo of my N6630 (5.03.08). Wrong type of images? If I'm not mistaken, maybe u should ask Vodafone about that OP logo?

i don't think that vodafone would provide us with a way to change their logo, dont you think!!!
If I'm not mistaken, u should contact Vodafone on this case. Have u try it?
i didn't becasue it is not reasnable for them to provide the users of a way to change their logo

i have a blank(no color) OPLogo....
i made a GIF image, i send it to the mobile and with FExplorer 1.15 i defined it to be the operator logo...the mobile reboots and it worked perfectly....
i have no op logo and its beautiful with a completely white theme or a black...i use the two...
keep tryin' pals....
i think its a problem with the version of your mobiles....mabe the version do not allow to made changes like this...
