There is no such download.
A .sis file (SIS = Symbian Installation System) always contains a bunch of product ID values that define what systems the software is compatible with.
It also has a default string ("Series60ProductID"😉 to be displayed by the system as part of an error message, when the installer detects that the installation file is not for the system where the installation is attempted (in other words, the actual devices product ID does not match those listed as acceptable in the installation package).
A developer should change the "Series60ProductID" to something more descriptive/sensible, but many developers don't (most probably don't know they should).
In other words, you tried to install a .sis file intended for a Series 60 phone, your 9210 discovered that it is, indeed, for a Series 60 phone and not the 9210, and displayed the error.
So, whatever the app you tried to install, get a 9210 version of it instead, if one exists.
