After installing, i try to start the program from the menu, i see the standby screen read "active desk" where the operator logo would be, then it goes back to the menu. When I click the menu button, its supposed to go to a third screen, that being active desk. It doesn't do that. It only goes back to the menu or standby. I looked at the certificate through the menu>tools>manager program and it says:
Problem:
Unable to locate root certificate.
I'm sure this is the problem with the program not running, but is this fixable?
