Unless I am missing something, You can already do this. I just downloaded the reader with Web companion from the site. It synced fine.

The Web companion syncs with the eNews content on the web & transfers it to the PC - but have you also succeeded in transferring the eNews to the 9210? (This doesn't seem to work for me...)

Just to confirm, it synced with the 9210, so I can read eNews from Newsweek, TheRegister etc. on the 9210. I didn't (knowingly) do anything clever to achieve this.

I'll keep trying, then. BTW, which version of the Web Companion did you use? (I'm trying with the Psion version...)

In fact, we tought it took more time to finish the conduit between PC and Nokia. It has been release yesterday evening !
For all of you who just downloaded the Mobipocket Reader for Nokia as a .sis file, you can download now the full package (Mobipocket Reader + Web Companion).
Do not hesitate to give your comments on www.mobipocket.com.
Finally the advantgo or similar type of service is availble for 9210.
But how do i make it auto synchronize to my 9210 after i have selected and downloaded all latest news to my PC? Now that i have to go to the directory and click on all the .prc file manually and it will then synchronize only. Is there an easier tway that after it downloaded all the latest contents, it will auto update my 9210?
i thougth thats the publish button does but it asks for filename etc ...

You have to configure your Web Companion in 'Manual Update'. The Publish function has no relation with the eNews, it is just a quick publish function to convert HTML and text files into Mobipocket format.
For more information, you can see the FAQ section on the website or contact the technical support.
Now this is one cool and great program.
First of all regarding the question about

They done more then transferred it..It is presented is a very slick manner when you pop the hood ..
And the sync process is smooth and easy..Just click the news you want and press Update...a minute later you Nokia is packed with the lates news in a easy format..PICTURES and all included.
This is definetly on my Desk from now on.
All that news in the train to and from work is so nice
Thank you Mobipocket..
And please let it stay FREE ![]()
Cheers

Anyone got it to sync with the 9210 automatically on connection. If I select this option it fails to syncronize. I have to leave it on the manual option and click the "update now" button after connecting.
As explained on the Mobipocket website, the "automatic/manual" option makes the Web Companion copies the files from the PC to the PDA.
The "automatic" update is valid only for PDAs that send a signal to a PC when the PDA ask for a synchronization (e.g. Palm with its HotSync button on the craddle, a WindowsCE/PocketPC connected to the craddle automatically launches ActiveSync on the PC).
The Nokia does not send any signal to the PC... so the files are not synchronized between PC and Nokia...
