I just got a 9300 and have a problem with the keys. Some of the keys don't send the correct character. For instance, the Shift 4 sends a + , Shift 5 sends an & , Shift 6 sends a / , etc. Quite a few keys are like this.
Has anyone seen this, and is there a fix?

Do you have a localized keyboard layout? What is your firmware version? Might be a case of the newest firmware version not matching the localized keyboard layout.
Or you've simply gotten a faulty unit. In either case you need to take it to a Nokia service centre.
