6670 Can't find E:/system/apps

Hello Everybody,
I have bought Route 66 for my 6670 and it came along with a 256 MB RS-MMC card , but now I have bought a bigger 512 Mb card , so I can use the card also for putting some music on.
The installation note says that is you use the memory card also for other apps than Route 66 only , you'll have to copy the folder ROUTE66 into E:/system/apps , but I can't find that root on my memory card , and when I want to create the Folder System on my memory card , my phone says Folder allready exists ?????
Please can some-one help me , i'm very new with this Symbian and don't understand much of it.

The folder is there, but may not be visible depending on what you are using to view the memory card and how you do it. E.g., if you install FExplorer (http://www.gosymbian.com) on your phone, you will see it.

Thx Guys for the reply's.
Johnboyrover can you tell me please where I can find the program Seleq ?
