Software problem with my N9300

Can anyone help me in this:
I have N9300 , each time I try to access to my dailed numbers by pressing the CALL Bottom in the cover it gives me the following message without the logs:

program : Cuicallregister101f8e58
Reason Code : CallRegisterApp
Reason number :100)
I keep removing the battery and restarting my device but no way.

Looks like your only option is a format. Remember to back up your data first.
