Hi recently got a 7710.. i love it when it worked.. well here goes my battery died on me today and i went home and tried plugging it into the charger and turning on the phone... i got a blank white screen.. then i plugged the charger out after a couple of minutes and hit power.. the screen flashed white and then went dead.. now i am unable to power on the phone at all.. it will light up on the charger but i can't do much from there... any help ? i've contacted the people who i bought the phone from and i'm waitin on a reply to see if i can exchange it.. I'm in the USA and nokia says they can't help me.. i have to call internationally to nokia..

If you plug in the charger and let it charge for a while, does it work then?
nope.. i've had it chargin for a while.. no luck.. i dunno what to do with it now.. all i get is the white screen and nothing..
wow, this is the exact same thing that happened to me - since a few threads below. I'm being sent a new battery from where I got it from, but I doubt that will fix it.
Where did you buy yours at ? I got mine at plemix.com.

Nokia issued a new software release to deal with crashing and problems browsing. If your phone runs on an earlier software release contact your closest service center and get the software upgraded free of charge.
