Help needed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't understand this, I have been syncing fine between my N6630 and PC with blutooth connection, then today I received my new exchange phone. I connected the bluetooth and nothing the sync went ahead and the pc had over 200 events etc etc, but the phone said there was 1 and even that was not being transfered. I have not changed any settings on either the pc or the new phone. I am pulling my hair out can anyone give me any ideas
