Call Recorder Problem

I'm running the trial version of Call Recorder and am experiencing the following problems:

1. Unable to change the sound folder to anything other than E:\ (root dir. of the MMC). Howerver, the recording does NOT work after the folder location is changed. The program appears to be working but the actual recording does not occur.

2. The .WAV file cannot be played on PC with Windows Media Player, Real Player or iTune.

3. Was getting "App. closed" message when program tries to record. NOTE: this happened after I changed to location of the sound folder to E:\ after my initial install. Before I switched the folder location, the program worked fine. I then uninstalled & reinstalled the program but got the same error message. I also noticed the program settings are not erased with the uninstall. I then do a hard reset (*#7370#) and reinstalled the program. I no longer get the error message but I'm still experiencing problem #1 & 2 above.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
