Hi. My 3230 is arriving tomorrow hopefully. Just wondering what the maximum frame rate is that it can play smoothly and on the Nokia website it states it can play video full screen with realplayer. Is this true?

Its not true. I cant play movies in fullscreen with realplayer. i use smartmovies and pv player for that. the movie playback is good n e way.
