URGENT: p800 master reset help plz

my contacts in p800 corrupted after uninstalling SMS tones. i have backup of contacts & want to do master reset, but forgotten device lock code. wat to do. PLZ HELP

i changed my device lock code and forgot..... is there anyway i can reset it or recover the device lock code......

you can format your phone via the service menu without need for the unlock code:

key in this (jog dial up * jog dial down jog dial down * jog dial down *) in the flip closed view.

then choose option 5

I used the firmat menu.
But after format my bluetooth and Infrared stopped working.

I think this is driver problem.

I checked the driver status from the menu it shows

i tried this jogdial thing but it didnt work mu sony ericsson freez before it open or let me in what can i do how i can format it so it work please let me know its ergent thanks
