N-Gage QD gmes/emulator lagging!

I just couple of days ago bought new TEC 512mb MMC card. The card works fine and I installed some emulators, games and apps on it. Now when I play with emulator or any N-Gage -game it plays normally for awhile but after a certain amount of time it almost freezes and the game runs very slowly for about 5-10 seconds. I've tried *#7370# and *#7780# and I've formatted my MMC 2 times without any results. I had the same problem also with my earlier 128mb MMC card but then the problem solved with just formatting once my MMC and installing all stuff again...

Wirelessly posted (NokiaN-Gage/1.0 (4.03) SymbianOS/6.1 Series60/0.9 Profile/MIDP-1.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.0)
