hi ..i have got a cd with lots of applications for nokia7650 ...i have instal a program called smartlock ...i also has its lock code n username ! but my phone wont start !! the screen just lights on thats all ....i cant even swith it off ..have to remove the batteries ! is there anyway i could reset my phone totally ?? so that it can delete this application !!!!! help would be great guys ..thnx

If you can't even turn the phone on, there is no way to reset the phone except by taking it to a Nokia authorized service center and have them do it. Next time, don't install cracks and warez (which is what these CDs with "lots of applications" for various phones tend to contain).

hi ...u didnt understand me nicely ,,,, my phone is swithing on but the nokia sign appears but thts all !! it stays like that !!!
