Yes. Start the "Phone" application, open up Settings -> Network in the menu. Change the band to a band not available in your country (I set mine to 1900MHz since we use 900 and 1800 in Sweden). Click "Done" and wait a few seconds. Your phone will now try to find a new network; click "Cancel". The "circle" in the bottom right should now be grey/dark/black to indicate that you have no service. So, startup "Desktop Suite" on the phone and connect to your computer. Once you're connected, your phone will use your computers connection to find its way out on the internet.
Note that this doesn't work with the built in mail application. It does work for every other application I've tried, though, including the built in browser.
If you want to use the USB cable instead of bluetooth, all you have to do to use the computers internet connection is to set the phone to "Aeroplane mode" and connet with Desktop Suite.
Is their a way to change the view of the browser so its on its side like games and movies are or a another browser program, guess I'll have a surf around would be alot better viewing it on the side.
