Appforge provides the tools (Crossfire) and related run-time support for writing (programming) VB applications (possibly also other Microsoft .NET languages, I don't know as I haven't used Crossfire myself) for your phone.
For using C++ or Java languages to make programs, see http://forum.nokia.com/ and http://www.symbian.com/developer or http://www.sonyericsson.com/developer or http://www.motocoder.com

Yes, Crossfire does support .NET programming... We have used it for programming a wireless application for the SE P900, and it works quite well! We only used it for VB6 (Mobile VB) though, but Crossfire does support .NET. :icon14:
dear TimboB
can u help me as soon as
if u know anything about how this prograam work what are the functions which usedwith it
please tell me
Thank u
Maybe you should download/buy the tools and read its documentation (manuals) and then come back with specific questions? (The functions, etc., should be documented in/with the product & it makes no sense whatsoever to post even a list of them here.)

We haven't used it for blocking calls from particular numbers or anything, we have used it to create an application that uses GPRS for communicating with our server, which then blocks ALL calls...
Not sure of the functionality that is available for blocking calls.... perhaps your cellphone network providor is able to block calls from specfic numbers?
There is an option on the P900 to only accept certain callers...
