actually i want to access the phone book..
which are stored in device.there may be database name..
table name.
plz tell me whats the name of database and table...
and whats the sequence to accessing the contact info...

how to access the phone book???
For Series 60 phones, download the "Lookup" application example from http://www.symbian.com/ & can see how the phonebook is accessed.
The file where they are stored is c:\system\data\contacts.cdb
