My friend's n-gage has suddenly started to type numbers no matter what we do. When you try to type a sms you can only use numbers! 😮 We tried typing *#7780# but to no avail, what should we do?

Did you, perhaps, install WildSkinz on the phone? If so, disable it, reboot and uninstall. If you already installed it, reinstall it again, and then disable, reboot, uninstall.
