sound quality

hi all,
why the sound quality at 7650 is so shitty compared to other nokia phones,lets say 6310?
its a software bug or what?
ive tested 3 7650 phones and all sound the same....

What do you mean by the 'sound quality' do you mean the quaility of telephone conversations with the earpiece, or with the loudspeaker? Or are you talking about ring tones or just the general quality of the speakers?

i meant earpiece sound quality;its utter shit.
thats the reason ive sold my 7650 after one week of use.
on the other hand ,a superb device😊 really.and im washing my ears daily. :-?
