Hi! Can anyone help or have any idea? When my 9300 is closed and I am getting a call, the caller ID will show Last Name then First Name.

This still happens even when I open the phone and go to settings to change the preference of Contacts viewing. Does anyone have any idea how to help? It's really annoying and am not used to it!

Its a bug. Upgrade to firmware version 4.51 and it will work ok.

Yes, it is a bug, but unfortunately there is no firmware upgrade for the 9300 yet. But since it has been fixed for the 9500, I suppose it should be hopefully included in the first upgrade for the 9300.
