I'm writing a dictionary on mobile s60. Everything seems OK and now I want my dic can pronounce some words in English. Are threre any technic or engine to do this such as "text2speech" on PC?
Can some kind guys give me a clue....

Yes, sir! But how can do that? Please give me sone clues to write, it seems NO simple!
No, in all likelihood it isn't simple, but difficult, and I don't have the skills to write a TTS app/library for any system.
Search the Internet with your favourite search engine for code you may be able to use or buy.
And with a difficult field like TTS, you should also be aware of the relatively big risk or likelihood of inappropriate use of somebody's patented technology.
