Deleted something by accident

If it was a file on the memory card, remove it from the phone and with a PC based recovery app you can get it back (when you delete a file from the FAT file system, all that is done is that the directory entry is marked as deleted, and the first character of the original file name is changed/lost, but it can be recovered). If you've written something additional to the card, then the memory locations where it was may have been overwritten and then it is gone (for all practical purposes).

If you deleted it from phone memory, then there is nothing you can do. You could power off the phone immediately (to prevent overwriting the data) and have a professional data recovery service attempt to get it back (but it is a costly excercise and not guaranteed to succeed, so the data should be really valuable to be worth it).

its on the memory card luckily, but i have no card reader.
is there anysoftware that will allow me to browse the phone like a camera?

For recovery, it can be only done on a card reader & a recovery software. No way from the phone yet.
