What, exactly, do you mean with "crashed"? What software are you referring to with "its software" (the whole phone or some installed application or something else)?
What did you do or what happened? Any error messages or something? Can you turn the phone on at all? (If not, you'd better contact Panasonic service/repairs.)
The actual phone software (firmware) is in ROM (Read-Only Memory) so it isn't backed up and also cannot be restored from any backups. A Panasonic repair center should be able to fix it, if the problem is of such nature.
