Hi Guys and Girls,
Ok i'v trawled loads of postings but there seems so much confusion so here's my scenario
I copy an mp3 from my computer onto a memory card and play it on a 6630 with a nokia headset (stereo).
Am I listening in stereo or not? I'm not fussed about the loudspeaker or radio just using the phone as a walkman playing my mp3/aacs
This is a major factor in getting the phone. Should I splash the cash on 6680 instead which as far a I'm aware serves this purpose. Its just I can get a good deal on 6630 that's all.
Cheers

Yes it is stereo - and it sounds bloody good too 😊
the phone rocks!!!(6630) got it yeserday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
just one thing though..DO NOT USE ULTRA MP3 OR MP3PLAYER AS THEY RUIN THE SOUND QUALITY......use the inbuilt player and you will get the sound quality of an Ipod if not better!
Hi!...
i am using and my recomendation is to use "Oggplay" app ... its the best and sounds better than the build in 6630 normal mp3player (Gallery App) or any other others like UltraMp3, Mp3Go, Mp3Player, etc.
Oggplay has the best sound quality on my 6630 right now ...

cya!
😎
i'd say that ogg player has advantages only by the size of files ( over the org. mp3 player )
sound is the same..
Having tried most of them I prefer oggplayer, just my opinion.
The autoplay feature is great and IT'S FREE! 😊
i dubt it's got better sound
that's matter of opinion ( and lack of hearing )
i've tried ogg..and it's good..
curently..i ain't carying heavy mp3s..so i don't have it..
but in a few weeks..when i put something on..(64MB)..i want it to last for at least an 1h..
so..
ogg is good
