Need Fullbackup of any 6260

Hi Folks,😊

i got my mobile broken.:frown: When i turn it on, the screen is still white. I can call out and can get calls, but nothing else. So i think, when i back it up it will be like a new one.
Please help me.

Try a full reformat (power off, press down and keep down the keys green/talk + 3 + * and while they are kept down turn power back on & do not release the keys until the phone has started). If it isn't enough, take it to a service center for repairs.
