i previously had a 6620 with at&t wireless now i have a cingular 6620 but the mp3 tones i had on my memory card will not work in my new 6620 in just says incorrect format does anyone know how to make it work. idont think 😃 cingular blocked it because the same tones still work in the 6230 nokia and the ericsson s710 and the v3 razor

u need to get an mp3 player for your phone, get ultramp3 that does the job
Ultra MP3 and Smart Movie are great, no doubt but they both have one major issue - on my 6620 both play audio through the loudspeaker even when I have a headset connected. I've talked to tech support, tried various settings etc, no luck. I noticed however that helix and realplayer both work fine and will NOT play through the loudspeaker when I have my headset connected. I've read countless other threads around the net from other 6620 owners with the same issue so I have to conclude its a bug in the software. Sucks really cause I'd prefer to use smartmovie and Ultra than helix.
