I have Nokia 3650.I want to buy new MMC memmory card(256MB or 512MB).How can I find out whether my phone is compatibile with this MMC cards?

My firmware is version 3.16.Should it work?

All of them should work, but you'll never know for sure until you try. Best to stick with known brands such as TEC, ATP, SanDisk or Kingston.
