When I set a calneder reminder as Anniversary, and MY phone is on silent mode in which vibration is on, and when the reminder strats only phone screen starts to blink, but no vibration. Anyone can help me please why there is no vibrating alert for calender reminders. But for call & messages vibration is working fine.

That is, indeed, how this phone behaves. It has been fixed in newer phones like the 6680. There may be some other calendar app like AquaCalendar or something similar that can handle this, but I don't know for sure.
