.3gp settings (Quick help)

What would be the best settings when converting .mpeg to .3gp?
I don't care much about the sounds, as long as it runs smoothly

btw, i'm using a program called xilisoft 3gp converter

do a google search and download the Nokia Multimedia Converter 2.0. it can convert various formats.
