Can't cancel diverts!

Hi,

I had setup my calls to be diverted to my voice mail box when I am not reachable. But now I can't seem to get rid of it! Even I say "Cancel all diverts" it gives me back the message "all diverts cancelled", my calls are still being diverted and when I make a call, i get the message "note: diverts active"! What can i do?? I even spoke to my service provider and had my voice mail box cancelled and now it goes to general voice mail box! It has do with the mobile!

Please help! is there something where all the settings will be set back to factory settings? I even formatted the mobile a few months back, but that hasn't solved the problem.

Any help will be very much appreciated!

Thanks,
Raaj.

It is a network setting, so if cancelling it with the phone does not seem to work, then it is the network side that's not doing it for some reason or another. In other words, call your operator's customer service.

Yup, you are right!

It was a problem at the operator's end! and they corrected it! Now everything is fine!

Thanks for replying!

Raaj.
