Error when trying to get into the apps folder in C:!

Oits, I've been using my N-Gage for about a month now and lately when I checked the C: drive, I noticed that the space was reducing. I figured it was the save files from the N-Gage games and I tried to get in and see if there's anything unused that I could delete.

To my surprise, FExplorer encountered an error and closed when I tried to enter the apps folder in C:

I tried it numerous times and I still couldn't get in. Then I installed System Explorer and it encountered the error when trying to open the apps folder too. I don't know what's wrong but has anyone else encountered something like this before? Is there a way I can access my phone's C: drive via a computer?

One more thing, I tried to hard format and delete everything but I couldn't. I did the *#7370# thingie and all it did was reset the settings to default, you know, default wallpaper, time, date, ringtone, but everything was still there! Virtually untouched. I don't know what else to do and hope to find help in this forum.

Thanks in advanced.

Can u inst. new apps such as antivirus? Try it like cabirfix, fsecure etc. If not work, try to use fileman(symbianware) the latest version. Have try to boot in safe mode (hold the pen key while u turn on ur device until the device it really2 on)? If not work, what is the latest thing that u've did 2 ur phone?
