SMS: The question box... (Attn:talk2sk)

Hi all 😊 ,

You guys know that in the Short message under Messaging, when you compose a message more then 160 char. it'll automatically split the continued into the "second" sms right?

Then when you are about to send it, it'll popup a dialog which asked something like, "blah blah.. the message will be sent in two parts." right?

Is there any way, or anyone could actually write a program which can make it run in the background which will automatically answer "Ok" for just that particular dialog?

talk2sk may actually help in this? 😉

Looks like everybody went mute or something... 😃
I myself dont mind that prompt, because that way I can see if I went over the limit.
But thats my opinion.

Hmm. I guess people are busy with their work these days. The forum is quite quiet.. hehe :P

Sorry its Friday Night and went for a drink! It is possible of course! This could easyli be done and I may do it BUT it will be another prog that you have to run on the background and its getting crowded! maybe talk2sk wants to update the keylock in order to do this so that we have to run just one prog! Anyways I dont have my phone back yet and cannot test it! However, I will try do look into this anyways 😊

Okay.. hehe. Thx MaleBuffy. 😃

I agree.. maybe talk2sk could make this feature & the keylock feature into one program. So that we would not need to have too many programs running at the background. hehe. 😉

Oh, in a pub for a pint 😃
Been there, done that. today oh, yesterday, now Im back.
sadly my friend took the 3650 with him... 😞
Oh well, a short sleep and I can have it back in my greasy and dirty palm 😃 😃 😃 😃 😃
I don't see the prompt for the "2 or more" messages a big deal!, why do you want to get rid of it?
Its because that my messages are always long. Its actually quite annoying to keeping on pressing OK instead of it getting sent automatically without asking. hehe. :P

i don't know why u always need to type so long messages, I guess by the time u finished typing the other party already send you a few messages. SMS, the 1st S is meant 'SHORT', I guess that's Y its limit on every message is only 160 charactors. Sorry, no offence here, just my opinion 'cos I myself are quite frustrated when people send me 1 shot multiple messages 'cos I wouldn't be fast enough to reply, maybe I'm slow typer. 😉
