Some clarifications on Series 60 Symbian C++ SDK

Hi,

Please help to understand the following questions:

1. Is SIM Application Toolkit API part of Series 60 Symbian C++ SDK?

2. Can i invoke SIM AppToolKit API from within my Symbian C++ application?

3. Does the application, developed by SIM App Tool Kit API alone, have to reside in the SIM alone?

My requirement is to make an USSD request from a Symbian C++ application for Series 60 phones. Is it feasible?
