How to install theme using usb

I just downloaded a superman theme for my 6620 but i cant seem to be able to get the file to my phone using the Nokia PC suite, i dont know what to use to transfer it please help. yes i'm a newbie

Use the PC Suite "Application Installer" (then finish the installation on the phone and run the "Themes" app to apply it.

You can also just copy the .sis file to the phone (memory card) and install it with the "Manager" app on the phone (or launch the installation with a file browser such as FExplorer - http://www.gosymbian.com).
