I have checked the list highlights and made sure the corners are the same color but i still can't get passed this error???

Maybe nobody of those who have viewed your post have seen the problem. I know I haven't.
Nevertheless, things to check:
- make sure you have the latest Series 60 Theme Studio
- make sure you installed the version of JRE that this version of Series 60 Theme Studio requires/includes
Additional info that might help:
- details about what bitmap/image editor you have used to edit/modify the theme bitmaps.
- nfo about whether you can create a .sis file out of the default themes without any editing or not.
Possibly include/attach examples of these problem bitmaps files.

The JRE comes with ver 1.2 so and it was a successful intstall. I'm currenty using Photoshop CS to edit my images and create some of them. I can create a .sis file from the example so that is a problem. As of now this is what is happening to the .sis
currently i'm changing the icon colors and text colors, after i'm done this and try to make a .sis file this is where the conversion fails, at these files, i can't understand this because i didn't edit them i just changed the color. it's kinda wierd cause the very first time i change the color and try to create a .sis it's successful, but after that when i change something else in the theme and create a new .sis it fails at this part (the colors section)
it is also failing when i exempt the colors section from the .sis, it usually fails cause of a mask but when i take out the mask and use a default or no mask it finds something else to fail, like it's jumping around.
If someone wants to try out the file on their computer i can email it to you.

FWIW (For What Its Worth), I've used Jasc Paint Shop Pro and Series 60 Theme Studio has created the .sis files fine.
Perhaps PhotoShop CS is doing something to the images that Series 60 Theme Studio isn't happy about? If you try with a trial version of Paint Shop Pro (or some other image/bitmap editor), instead of Photoshop CS, does it make a difference?
i have had the same problem, i have tried everything to get rid of it, but nothing really worked, so i just figured i will reinstall the whole program again.
now i am still using the same graphics and stuff i used before, but it works for some reason, so i guess the bmp`s werent the problem. i still dont know what it was.
But reinstalling theme studio helps 😉
