I have a Nokia 6670. I need the settings for my phone so that I can play Streaming files.
Please help me give the settings. and ne sites for streaming files u know about also post that . but setting is more important.

The settings are your operator's GPRS Internet Access Point settings.
What the settings are depends on which company is your mobile operator (carrier) and in which part of the world (because the settings may vary from one country to another).
As you didn't say where you are from and who is your operator, it is impossible to be more specific than that.
However, you can start with Nokia's site for settings http://www.nokia.com/nokia/0,,71993,00.html
Or you can look up the settings from your operator's web site, or call their customer support and ask them to send them to your phone.
After you have the Internet access point defined on your phone, use the settings option in the Real Player app to choose that for use with it.
After that, use the phone's browser to go to whatever streaming URLs you can find (using a WAP or Internet access point with it), and when you choose a streaming link, Real Player will start and play it.
