Movies On N-gage

2 replies · 4,762 views · Started 23 April 2005

Normally when we want to watch movies on n-gage, we would either use realone player or SmartMovie.

However, to use either of the applications, the movie have to be first prepared before being able to be played on these two applications.

Anyone know of any application which can prepare movies for SmartMovie or Realone?

Also, what are the settings which I should take note if I want to create a movie which fits the screensize of my n-gage?

Thanks for reading, I really hope that you can help me...

If you buy SmartMovie, it comes with both the player for your phone *AND* a PC app that does the preparing.

Hi!
I have some programas that prepare videos in different formats. For example, to watch videos with SmartMovie there is a program called SmartMovieConverter that is for PC, and it takes AVI and MPEG files and compressed them.

Then there is another program called RM Converter, and it rips AVI or MPEG files into .RM files, but you need the Real One Player for the phone (I'm still looking for it; if you know where I can find it tell me please!!!).

And finally I've found a program that rips MPEG files (I think AVI too) into .3pg format; this format is supposed to be read by the phone with no problem, because a friend of mine sent me (by Bluetooth) a video he had made with his Motorola phone and it was with .3pg format, and I could watch it woth no problems. The program is called ImTOO 3gp video converter.

Good luck and greeting from Spain!

P.S. SOme of them may be trial versions, but you can get the crack file or the serial and they work perfectlly. I would tell you the pages where I found them but they are in Spanish, sorry
