Help please.
When connecting my 9210 with pc,xp and usb infra red.
The pc sees the connection straight away and transfers files no probs.But pc suite only occaisionally sees the connection (usually after re-installing) even then it seems to time out when backing up.
any ideas plse :

Try this way.
Disable on PC search devices infrared every 3 soconds.
Start the PC Suite.
Enable infrared on 9210
Go to PC Datat suite icon in the task bar, click propersties and select infrared port as connection
Start Pc Data suite.
Let the app to his job (usualy takes almost 30 seconsd) until you see connected (Green and blue icon).
Do whatever you wish.
