hey guys,

I installed the driver and nokia pc suite, then i connected my 6620 with the usb connection but still the synchronization says it is not connected. can anyone please help me how to connect my phone with the pc properly.

regards,
Karthik

Which driver and PC Suite versions? Latest is PC Suite 6.5 on http://www.nokia.com/pcsuite and it includes the latest DKU-2 "Nokia Connectivity Cable" drivers.

If you installed something else than those, uninstall PC Suite, and then from Control Panel and Add/Remove Programs uninstall also the "Nokia Connectivity Cable" driver.

Then install 6.5. Connect the phone only now and then wait for Plug & Play to discover the phone and set up the cable drivers (watch the lower right hand side tray area and when you see "Your new hardware is ready", everything should be OK).

Make also sure you are using a DKU-2 cable and not the DKU-5 or CA-42 cable (I don't know if the 6620 was shipped with a cable or not and if it wasn't, you could be using the wrong cable).

If your PC has infrared (IrDA) or Bluetooth, check if PC Suite work with those (if they do, then you know that at least the PC Suite part should be OK).

Also, no need for posting the same question twice.
