Boot problem (N6680) -Help

Hi

I have bought N6680 & of course I wanted to move my files from my previous phone (N3650) to the new one. Np with addresses, calendar dates, ... I just could not copy my emails (long lost mails -don't ask), so I decided to give it a try with FExplorer. On the N3650 I copied c:\system\mail to the MMC & from there to the N6680 -since then the phone doesn't normaly boot.
Soft boot doesn't work, [3] + [*] + [ON/OFF] doesnt work, ... It doesn't get to the 'desktop' (*#7370#), even without SIM/MMC inserted is the same thing -'Telephone couldn't start, check with your operator' (or something like that).

Is the only solution to flash it? Can it be done at home?

Thx

[3]+[*]+[ON/OFF] isn't enough.

Turn the phone off. Remove the SIM. Remove the memory card. Press down [green/talk] + [3] + [*] and keep them down. While they are down, turn the phone on (still keeping the three keys down). Release the keys when you see the phone asking for your home city again.

Make sure the battery is full when you do this (you don't want to loose power in the middle of this).

Thank you! It worked.

I really didn't know that [green/talk] also has to be held down (I fell like n00b 😞).

Thanks again!
