By sending/taking the phone to your nearest Nokia authorized service center, you can have them update the firmware to whatever the latest version is.

A firmware update will not upgrade the Symbian OS or Series 60 versions, though. They will remain at 7.0s and 2.6 (Series 60 2nd Edition, Feature Pack 2), respectively.
