how to lock keyboard for 9500?

is there a features to lock keyboard with nokia 9500? or maybe something like the computer where screensaver can be activated after few minutes and user have to key in the password to use the keyboard? thanks in advanced

You mean the phone keyboard? Just press the centre cursor button then the '*' button (bottom left)

not the phone keyboard but the keyboard inside....

You can use the device security lock (Control panel - Security - Device security - Autolock period).

Or you can press menu and # then insert the lock code, in the phone side!

you can download and install a freeware, STOP!, at www.excelbian.com that works like a screensaver. try it.

i tried to open the stop! manual pdf file but my commy screen went blank white. so i decided to install stop! straight away w/out reading the manual. installed, reset the phone (take out batt and so on) and switched on the phone again. the problem is, i do not know the preset/default password for this software 😞 anybody out there could help?appreciate it.

I have a text version of this PDF file, but without pictures of course.
