Please HELP me big problems

A few days ago i sold my Nokia 6600 and i made a back-up file named Backup.arc

Now I own a Nokia 9300, how can i get my phone book from the " Backup.arc " into this phone !?

Please help I am going crazy!

I don't believe the backups are compatible (never tried that type of a stunt). You might be able to install a Series 60/Symbian C++ SDK (from http://forum.nokia.com/) and restore the backup in the SDK emulator on a PC, and then figure out a way to export/copy the info.
