or is there a way to copy "user defined" wallpaper as a picture to phone memmory ???

and last if any of them not avaliable... is there a software can behave as "recycle bin" in nokia 6600 ???

thanks....

ps: i had a picture and i set as a wallpaper then somehow it deleted. now i want to recover it... i can see it on the wallpaper but not it pictures...

The wallpaper should somewhere on the c-drive (use FExplorer, http://www.gosymbian.com/ to locate it; probably an .mbm or a .bmp file). It is not of original picture quality (it has been reformatted for the wallpaper) so it will not be as good as the original was (definitely smaller as the resolution is now only 176x144 pixels).

There are one and only one way for recovering the lost photos from the digital storage media that is using photo recovery software. If your photos get deleted, formatted, corrupted and lost due to any cause of data loss situations then only an advanced photo recovery software will helps you to recover the lost photos, because it is especially designed to retrieve the lost photos.

hi to everyone here !!
joining the board fresh and glad to be part of the Symbian community .. hopefully i am invited and your support is always there

why the thread is so barre as there is no comment options in the other posts except this .. perhaps NOKIA is losing here too

.. then you have to wait if someone knowledgeable get an eye on your ask and post a suitable reply .. but chances of it to happen are very rare
