Can someone please help!
The other day my phone asked to be restarted for some reason and then froze in the process. I took the battery out to reset it and now when I start up the phone it is in the offline profile. When I try to switch to general or any other profile it says "insert sim card".
The phone isn't recognising the sim card at all. I know that the sim card is not at fault as it works in my old phone. I have tried other sim cards in the phone and they don't work either.
Is there any way I can get the phone flashed or the hardware updated to solve this problem?
Any response/help will be very appreciated!!

Try a full fone format! In idle mode type in *#7370# and it mite sort it, altho u will lose all ur data u have on fone memory!
Formating the phone doesn't work I have tried it I have sent it to my local technition to see what he says.
Has no-one ever heard of this problem on a 6630 before?
One of my freinds has almost the same problem, his 6630 starts up in offline mode, but he is able to change profile, with out getting the "insert sim" message though.
