anywhere to firmware update in istanbul/turkey?

my 7710 has no guarantee.
Service says: "when it hangs while updating firmware, we are not responsible"
what is the possibility of that?
what are u suggest?

If the service center has the right equipment and the right firmware files, it shouldn't "hang" while updating the phone, but I suppose they can do a mistake in the process or something else can go wrong, too. In other words, the operation is not risk-free (especially if it is the first 7710 device that service center is attempting to flash).

Yeah, flashing is not so simple but service engeneers must go trought training for each model and read nokia bulletins.

Flashing of 7710 is matter of 4 minutes if you have proper hardware ( which i have, so I should flash it at home with latest fw).
